• It should be regarded as the highest priority and submit the data in a time bound manner.
  1. Exported data file in Pen drive /CD only and write the name of Department/Office with black marker on CD.
  2. Summary Report of Records Entered (Reports —> Summary of Entered Records Available for Export)
  3. Signed Declaration Certificate by Head of the Department (Reports —> Print Declaration Certificate)
  4. List of Class 4 Employees should be entered in prescribed proforma  (Excel Format) and submit this excel file in the Pendrive / CD along with DISE Capsule data.
• HOD of the Concerned Department will be responsible for submitting the consolidated data of all the offices (at District/Block/Sub Division Level), falling under his/her jurisdiction
• Submit Pendrive/CD/DVD along with all the required documents at  “Election Cell, Zilla Parishad Office Bart Road near Railway flyover, ADC (Dev) Office Ferozepur City”.
• Read the Installation Instructions thoroughly and then install the software as per instructions only
