Citizens of the district of Punjab are provided with various certificates like Birth certificate, Death Certificate, Residence Certificate, Addition of weapons, Arms License, Marriage Certificate and many more, coming under various departments.

You can apply via two ways:
- To apply go to http://punjab.gov.in .
- Navigate to “Online Services” in top menu.
- Then click desired certificate name under relevant department.
- Click “Apply Online“.
You will be redirected to Citizen Login of eForms.
- Register or Login on Punjab Service Portal.
Click ‘New User Registration’ if you are new user
If you are already registered on Punjab Portal, enter Login ID and Password and click ‘Login’.
- Fill the desired form
If you wish to fill online , fill it else download it. Fill it offline in your handwriting and upload on Punjab Service Portal.
- After filling desired form, click ‘Submit’.

Offline across the counters in districts
Download the form, fill the form, attach all required documents mentioned and visit nearest Sewa Kendra for availing services across the Counter along with required original documents. Forms can be downloaded in 2 ways:
